What is Colgate 360?

Colgate is a big name in dental care and I often use Colgate toothpaste, knowing this I purchased a Colgate 360 toothbrush to replace the free one I got when I visited the dentist!
Look
The Colgate 360 is quite an exotic looking toothbrush compared to the dull plastic toothpick I had previously been using. The body is a clean white colour with the Colgate 360 logo in shiny silver on the bottom on the toothbrush, on the front there is a rubber blue plastic thumb grip which is textured so it won't slip off, on the back there is another blue thumb grip for resting your forefinger on. The back of the toothbrush is also covered in an orange rubber coating just to make sure you don't send your toothbrush to the floor if you get to spirited when brushing! The toothbrush head is covered in a clear plastic protector which opens and shuts, this is engraved with the Colgate logo and has holes in it so any water on your brush can drain off. The brush head itself is quite impressive and is made out of blue orange and white bristles. The outer bristles are longer so the brush can fit around your teeth better and the middle clump of bristles is circular allowing it to clean right into your teeth. On the back of the head there is an orange "tongue cleaner" which is textured to remove maximum grime.

Use
The toothbrush is very easy to hold and grip thanks to the numerous rubber pads, this thing will never slip out of your hands unless you rub them in butter or something! The brush head is of a good size and will easily accommodate a pea sized blob of your favourite toothpaste, the bristles are quite firm without being harsh and after brushing my teeth feel very clean, one thing I don't like is they didn't include a flexible head so if you're like me and brush quite hard you may damage your teeth without realising it! The tongue cleaner I wouldn't recommend as when I wiped it on my tongue I began to feel slightly nauseous, not a very pleasant experience. After your brushing session is complete you simply pop on the transparent brush head protector, this is great if you share a bathroom and have a cup with many toothbrushes in it as the heads will not touch eachother or pick up any dirt. If you're like me and find the thought of dirt and other peoples brushes touching yours quite disgusting you'll find the protector is a brilliant feature!
Price & Conclusion
The Colgate 360 is quite a reasonable priced toothbrush at 2-3 at most supermarkets and other stores. You can spend less and you can spend alot more especially if you get a fancy electric brush, I recommend this toothbrush to people who need a decent manual toothbrush which will do a good job at cleaning your teeth for a reasonable price.

Colgate 360

Brush, brush, brush your teeth.. Make them nice and clean! Our dentist told us to use a manual brush as it was better at cleaning than a battery powered one. We never got into the battery ones, so that was no big loss to us. This one does the trick for us, for what we need done and how we need it done.
We like that the head is just the right size.. not so small that you feel like you are using a little kids brush and not so big that you feel like you have a mouthful of bristles. Plus, We REALLY like the tongue cleaning action going on ~ on the other side of the brush.
DId you know that a good portion of your bad breath is hidding in the food taste buds on your tongue? It's as important to brush your tongue everyday as it is to brush your teeth. Having clean teeth and gums promotes good oral care and who doesn't want that?Plus, the base of the brush seems to be just the right size too, for hands.

The cheek & tongue cleaner is also a major plus.  The soft, rubber bristles are the perfect texture of cleaning your tongue.  The package states that this toothbrush: "Removes more plaque and over 96% more bacteria" compared to using a flat-trim toothbrush.
If you're in the market for a new toothbrush, or just want to know how an excellent toothbrush should perform, pick up a Colgate 360 Toothbrush.

What makes this toothbrush so great is that it offers so many features.  Here are the highlights of this fabulous toothbrush:
  • Cheek & tongue cleaner
  • Different length bristles
  • Soft polishing cups
  • Soft grip handle
One of my favorite things about the *Colgate 360 Toothbrush *is how comfortable it is to hold.  There is rubber gripping up and down the brush, but it also has a silicone-like pad for your thumb to hold onto, and *that *is super comfy in and of itself.  I also enjoy the variety of bristles on the brush.  They vary from short, to long, to a rubbery plastic for polishing your teeth.

Colgate 360

I never really considered myself picky about toothbrushes, but once I started using the Colgate 360 Toothbrush, there is no going back to any other toothbrush, or even trying a new one that comes on the market - unless it is an enhanced Colgate 360, then I might consider it.  In the meantime, this is the perfect toothbrush for me!

Bottom Line - The normal price for the *Colgate 360 Toothbrush *is a bit pricey, so I would recommend waiting until it's on sale or you have a coupon to use. Although it will cost a bit more than the toothbrush you are using now, I say that it's definitely worth the price because it's that good.

Colgate 360

Oddly, the *Colgate 360 Toothbrush *is also pretty cool to look at. It's multi-colored on both the body and the bristles. It's colorful and available in a few different color themes. We were able to find a blue, green, pink, and purple version. Since we were classmates, that's just enough different colors to choose from. But, if you have more than that many people in your family, We are not sure what you would do to distinguish which toothbrush belonged to who.
